Coliseum is one of the places that i still think serves the best steaks in Malaysia..Nothing beats it :) AND the journey starts here...

"he enteres d restaurant colliseum..colliseum steak house.....ahhh brings back memories...
non other 2 d house specialty ' a generous portion of steak drenched in d sauce of choice served on a sizzling platter....i remembered it vaguely...
as d waiter pulls up d trolley holding d delectable piece of meat and d already hot black dark sizzling platter...1stly putting d alr juicy piece of meat on2 d platter as part of d oil or juice seemingly sizzles together on d platter...1 can alr detect a slight smell of d meat cooking slowly but surely on d platter
immediately after dat
d expert waiter den takes out d sauce...pouring down large amounts of liquid brown sauce..
covering up d yet sizzling cooked meat
turning d entire pan in2 a smokey haze of roasting meat in brown sauce...
evaporation of d sauce and steak in d air....tells d gourmet many tales....thru d smell..
...1 can ezily fall in love wif dat smoky yet fragrant smell...of d meat and sauce combining as 1..
as d part of d sauce sizzle 2gether seemingly sucked in2 d meat..increasing d juiciness and binding wif d meat textures 2 create a brown delightful sight of steak and sauce...
wat a classic look...wat a delectably irrisistable feeling...it could be d sauce bubbling up over d hot sizzling pan ...inviting d gourmet 2 immideatly wanna just savour it...it could be d steak itself...
roasting away 2gether with d sauce, looking so thick and juicy and even thicker with d combination of d sauce...or 4 d vegetarian
...d tomato beside...
roasting along tryin 2 get as much showtime as d steak itself....now it comes 2 d part
d part every gourmet waits 4...d tasting part...putting 2 d test d 5 tasters of d tongue...
on whether d food in front of them can bring them a combination so sensational dat it causes 1 2 crave 4 more and more...so taking our d knife and fork....
i attacked.........using d fork 1st....poking it in2 d succelent meat...feeling d soft texture of d meat cooked 2 perfection...and when d fork has a firm hold of d meat...d knife den plunges in...
slowly cutting open...prying open a chunk of d well cooked seasoned and now sizzling piece of meat...as d knife goes deeper ...hot steam of smoke...exits thru d slit area
...and as d slit opens more....
1 can c inside....
how juicy....
....how well d meat has been cooked...
not 2 much and not 2 little.....just right ...... every layer....seemed almost held 2gether by d juice
....d dripingness...
even when d fork is accidentally pushed in sum more...one can c oozing of d juice...
filled 2 d brim...1 can say...finally d knife cuts thru...and in 1 hand hold now d fork...
wif dat chunk of meat...still smoking...hot...but wait...1 cant eat it now...although d urge of stuffing it right in is so close...d eyes now lay fixed on d brown sauce....
surrounding d piece of meat...
d juicy succulent chunk is den doused in d gravy...d sauce's...swirveled and drenched in its rich juicy texture..around again and again...untill d chunk of meat is completley coated in rich brown sauce...
d smell at dat time...oh my goodness.. d sight of it...simply brings 1s jaws open to invite it in immediately...! den comes d moment
...dat gravy drenched juice filled succelent chunk of wholesome meat is put in2 d mouth
...touchin d lips
..feeling d sensation as it goes deeper in2 d mouth
now d taste
..goodness of d taste....upon contact...d tongue imideiatly responds by tasting every flavour..
saltish .....a lil sweet...wif a dash of beef richness...and d sauce...overwhelms d mouth..completely..
as d jaws bite down...chomping away...more of d juice flows out..mixing 2gether well wif d sauce
...d combinations..d flavours...it gives d eater a sense of awesomeness...gives d person a feeling to slow down...dat nth else matters...d taste of d meat...d sauce...d savoury feeling as it melts in d mouth...massaging yr teeth..
pulling at every high level of d tastiness as it can..and den u swallow...
its like swallowing melted gold...feeling d warm flesh of d chunk of maet going down down down till it hits d spot of d hungry belly...den d urge comes..d urge of not wanting dis sensation 2 stop
...more ....more@!!!...dis craving 4 succelent meat..dis craving 4 d sauce and d meat....
in yr mind yr already thinking is d portion in front of me enuf??...can i ever haf enuf of dis feeling?
...dis taste?....
1 must indulge in it more....must savour d scrumptious mouth watering steak..
must feel d tenderness of d meat in between their jaws...must taste d mixture of well cooked meat tender and juicy along wif thick rich sensual brown sauce....
1 becums greedy....
